Our Service Areas

Each area below opens with the business problem it solves, so you can match your situation to the right service.

01. STATUTORY COMPLIANCE

Data Protection and GDPR

You need to show regulators, clients and investors that you handle personal data lawfully, but your records and policies have not kept pace with how the business uses data. Our GDPR compliance services close that gap with audits, risk assessments, training and an outsourced Data Protection Officer.

02. TECHNICAL DEFENSE

Data Security

Sensitive data spreads across databases, cloud storage and SaaS tools faster than access rules keep up, and you cannot protect data you have not found. Our data security services locate that data first, then protect it with encryption, tokenisation, masking and monitoring.

What We Offer:
  • Data Discovery: A map of where personal and sensitive data is stored, including copies nobody knew about.
  • Data Encryption: Data that stays unreadable if a device, database or file is lost or stolen.
  • Data Tokenisation: Card numbers and identifiers replaced with tokens, so fewer systems hold real values.
  • Data Masking: Realistic test and development data with sensitive values hidden.
  • Data Auditing and Monitoring: A record of who accessed what, with alerts on unusual activity.

03. PRIVACY PRESERVATION

Data Privacy

Your teams want to use customer data for analytics, testing or sharing with partners, but raw personal data carries risk wherever it goes. Our data privacy services reduce that risk by removing or separating identifying details, so the data stays useful and the people behind it stay protected.

What We Offer:
  • Data Anonymisation: Data with the link to individuals removed, ready for research and reporting outside UK GDPR.
  • Data Pseudonymisation: Identifiers separated from records, so analysts work safely while keys stay locked away.

04. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

Privacy in AI

AI projects can pull personal data into training sets, prompts and outputs before anyone checks the lawful basis or the risk of biased results. Our team reviews how your AI uses personal data, puts governance around it, and tests for unfair outcomes. AI governance forms part of our wider data governance services.

What We Offer:
  • AI Data Privacy: Personal data in training sets, prompts, and outputs identified and handled lawfully.
  • AI Governance: Named owners, approvals, and records for each AI system you run.
  • Ethics and Bias: Checks for discriminatory or unexplainable outcomes before they reach customers.
Explore Privacy in AI
05. AUDIT & ACCREDITATION

Compliance

Customers, insurers and regulators ask for evidence against named standards, not general assurances. Our cybersecurity compliance services prepare you for the frameworks they ask about and show where one set of controls can cover several requirements.

What We Offer:
  • Cyber Essentials (Plus): Readiness for the UK government-backed certification scheme.
  • PCI DSS: Controls for card payment data, checked against the standard.
  • GDPR: A working compliance programme under UK GDPR and EU GDPR.
  • ISO 27001: An information security management system prepared for certification.
  • DORA: Digital operational resilience for financial entities operating in the EU.
  • HIPAA: Safeguards for US health data and Business Associate Agreements.

06. ONGOING COVERAGE

Managed Services and Outsourced Roles

Some organisations need ongoing cover rather than a one-off project, but cannot justify a full-time data protection or security hire. Our managed compliance services give you that cover through a monthly plan run by our senior team.

ACTION PLAN

Where to Start?

You do not need to know which service you need before you contact us. Match your situation to the first step our team recommends.

Your situation Where we start
You have never had a formal GDPR check, or the business has changed since the last one A GDPR and privacy audit
A client has sent a security or privacy questionnaire you cannot fully answer Data discovery, followed by audit or Cyber Essentials
Someone has made a subject access request DSAR support
You are launching a product, system or AI tool that uses personal data A DPIA, or AI & LLM data protection review
You have had a data breach or a near miss Incident support, then targeted review of what failed
You need someone to own data protection but cannot justify a full-time role An outsourced DPO or vDPO
You hold card or health data and want to limit exposure Encryption, tokenisation or masking

If your situation is not listed, or covers several rows, we will work out the sequence on the call. Privacy compliance services work better in sequence than all at once, so we suggest a starting point rather than an expensive bundle. The call is free and lasts 30 minutes.

COMMON INQUIRIES

Frequently Asked Questions

What's the difference between data protection, data privacy and data security? +
Data protection is the legal framework, set by UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, for how organisations collect and use personal data. Data privacy is about people's control over their own information and who sees it. Data security covers the technical and organisational measures that stop data being lost, stolen or accessed without permission, and most compliance work touches all three.
Do we need several services at once? +
No. You can start with a single service and add others when the first piece of work shows what is needed next.
Do you work with organisations outside the UK? +
Yes. We advise on UK GDPR and EU GDPR, and we support other frameworks such as HIPAA, CCPA and India's DPDP Act. Our Enterprise plan covers EMEA and US business hours.
Can you work alongside our existing IT or security provider? +
Yes. Our work focuses on the data itself: what you hold, how sensitive it is and who can reach it. A managed security provider watches your networks and devices, so the two run side by side without overlap.
Are you consultants or a software vendor? +
We are a consultancy. Where a tool helps, we use platforms from our technology partners or tools you already own, such as Microsoft Purview.
Do your services include making the fixes? +
Not by default. Our audits and assessments tell you what to fix and in what order. Fix work, such as drafting policies or configuring controls, can be scoped and quoted separately.
If we use your outsourced DPO, who is responsible for compliance? +
Your organisation. Under UK GDPR, a DPO advises and monitors, but the controller stays responsible for complying with the law, and the ICO takes the same position.
What do you need from us before work begins? +
Access to the people who know your systems, plus any existing records such as your record of processing activities, policies and supplier contracts. If you have none of these, we start from first principles.
How are your services priced? +
Ongoing services run as monthly plans, and one-off work such as an audit or a DPIA is quoted as a fixed-scope project. We confirm the price, what it covers, and whether VAT applies before work starts.
How long do projects take? +
A GDPR audit for a mid-sized organisation takes 4 to 6 weeks from kick-off to the final report. Smaller pieces of work, such as a single DPIA, take less time, and we give you a timeline at the scoping stage.
Can we switch to ongoing support after a one-off project? +
Yes. After an audit or assessment, you can move onto a monthly plan, so the same team keeps your records, policies, and risk register up to date.
