Customer wanting a full unlimited option will need to upgrade to our Enterprise Unlimited option.This ensures high-quality delivery while keeping service levels consistent across all clients. The 100-hour allowance comfortably covers all typical SME privacy and compliance activities, including policies, DPIAs, DSARs, contract reviews, training, and monthly governance work.Any requirement beyond 100 hours in a given month can still be supported and will be billed separately at the standard hourly rate.
